I know it's delayed, but happy Pico Day anyways. And happy b-day to Tom Fulp, too!

also, here's a shitpost/parody of that "You've Got To Be Kidding!" meme, but with Pico characters as a little celebration for what would've been Pico Day (that, and I thought it'd be funny to share this here), but still to celebrate Tom Fulp's birthday, as well

Anyways, I also have something planned to post for the actual Pico Day, but I'll keep it a secret for now until June~
