So if Pico = Sonic (the hero) and Piconjo = Shadow (the hero's "edgy" counterpart)...

Then my guesses for the rest of the cast are...
Otis = Tails (both are the younger friends (relative in Otis' case) of the heroes)
Nene = Amy (both are commonly portrayed as love interests for the heroes, and are associated with pink)
Darnell = Knuckles (tough knuckleheads that are buddies with the heroes)
Convict = Eggman (they're both villains, so of course they'd fit each other)
Cassandra = Rouge (not much to say about this one, but given your headcanon for Piconjo and Cassandra, Rouge is a perfect match for her)

just some guesses, but in all honesty this is a pretty cool concept!
