It's kinda the vibe I went for, though a little lessened. Mainly, because its a response to Wizeman's behavior (specifically, a justification) and its hidden under a elaborate enforcer mask.

Tbh I don't know why Toriel gets a lot of hate. Sure she was hard on Asgore (though I think that was in the heat of the moment) and left the kingdom, but I understand why, since all the monsters agreed that killing humans was the only way to escape, and she couldn't stand it (hell, she's even shocked for a split-second should you die to her in her boss fight).
